Regular YMCA swim team season starts September 6th 5:00-7:30pm Starting October3rd there will be no lap swimming from 5:30pm -7:30pm High school swim season starts October 24th – February at 3:00 – 5:00pm and 7:00-9:00 pm. Swim team times will change during the December Holidays. Wendel Pool Open Swim Guidelines; Unless otherwise posted due to pool closing for a swim meet/ Y practices or a closed time, there will always be 2 lanes available for lap swimming. If no lap swimmers are present, the lifeguard may temporarily open up 2 lanes for open swim. If a Member comes in for lap swimming, those 2 lanes will immediately be converted from open swim to lap swim. Open swim is available any time there is an open lane in the pool. For the safety of your Child: Any child age 5 and under must be directly supervised by an accompanying adult when not participating in a scheduled class Check with the front desk or Wendel pool doors for the days we have home swim meets and times that the pool will be closed Schedule is subject to change, please call ahead.
