Indoor Cycling

Now located in the Wellness Center, enjoy the ride where the weather never matters. Traditional cycle classes are all 45 minutes in length and follow the same format as far as hills, sprints or flat surface.

There are 9 slots available in each class. When you register for a class, such as M/W/F at 6:00 AM, this reserves your bike for the entire session. There is no "guessing" as to whether there will be a bike available.

In an attempt to be flexible with riders, we have incorporated the "floater" system. If you register for a class, such as, M/W/F 6:00 AM and find that Friday is a problem, you may "float" into another class, but only if there is an open bike. This is not a guarantee. We must stress that there is NO PAY AS YOU GO or DROP IN ACCESS in this program. You must be registered to either ride or float into a class. Members are always given first opportunity for bikes; however, remember non-members may reserve bikes during non-member registration.

Your registration is non-transferable and non-refundable. If you are a floater and a registered participant shows up, even late, you may be asked to give up your bike.
