Body Pump 100 Launch Party!

 

Registration is open - 25 spots per class. Our goal is to reach 100 participants on January 14th. Grab your friends, bring your entire fitness class, everyone is welcome and it's FREE. The Lancaster YMCA is the only licensed Body Pump location in Fairfield County. Come workout with the best instructors around. Register NOW - spots will fill fast.

Monday and Wednesday at 5:35- 6:30 PM

Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30- 6:30 AM

Tuesday and Thursday from 5:45-6:45 PM

Tuesday and Thursday from 8:45-9:30 AM

Saturday from 8:00- 9:00 AM

Haven't tried body pump yet? Are you looking to get lean, toned, and tight? Then this is the class for you. Light to moderate weights used along with high repetition to give you a great workout. Call the front desk to register.

Weight Loss Challenge



2017 Weight Loss Challenge.
Participants will weigh in the week of January 2nd. Weekly weigh -ins are optional, but highly recommended. Participants final weigh-in will be the week of March 4th. Weight loss PERCENTAGES will be posted on the YMCA website as well as the Wellness Center. We must have at least 20 participants to run the program. Registered participants will be notified the week after Christmas.

DELAY THE DISEASE - THE #1 PARKINSON'S EXERCISE PROGRAM

The Robert K. Fox Family Y is now licensed to teach exercise classes to people with Parkinson's disease. We will be implementing a community-based Parkinson's-specific exercise class based on the Delay the Disease Parkinson's Fitness Program. Participants will need to be cleared by a physician and also complete the intake process before being eligible for this program.

No matter how long you have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, it’s not too late to start exercising, and it’s never too early. The YMCA plans to start 1 class that will meet twice a week for 12 weeks and then build more classes quickly. Classes starting in 2017.
