WELCOME NEW TRAINER: Tiffany Inboden
Please welcome Tiffany Inboden to the YMCA fitness staff! She is certified through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) with a focus on weight loss, toning, strength and conditioning, HIIT, muscle development and circuit training.
"Being a mother of two girls I understand the struggle with weight gain issues. My travels through life after losing over 45 pounds and keeping it off have been a long road, but worth it. I feel better. I feel stronger and most of all I feel confident. I want everyone to feel this way. You deserve it. I now know exercise is a priority not an option. My focus is to help my clients get stronger, leaner and reach their fitness goals. This may include running a 5K, being able to fit in an old pair of jeans or feeling better. Any goal is a good one. DELAY THE DISEASE - THE #1 PARKINSON'S EXERCISE PROGRAM
The Robert K. Fox Family Y is now licensed to teach exercise classes to people with Parkinson's disease. We will be implementing a community-based Parkinson's-specific exercise class based on the Delay the Disease Parkinson's Fitness Program. Participants will need to be cleared by a physician and also complete the intake process before being eligible for this program.

No matter how long you have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, it’s not too late to start exercising, and it’s never too early. The YMCA plans to start 1 class that will meet twice a week for 12 weeks and then build more classes quickly. Classes starting in 2017.
